This Ramadan, rediscover the warmth of home with Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur as we bring you the spirit of Balik Kampung through our ‘Bila Rasa Berbicara’ an exquisite nightly feast, from 19 February to 20 March 2026. A celebration of flavours, memories and togetherness, this buffet invites you to experience a comforting blend of traditional kampung favourites and contemporary culinary creations.

This year, Melting Pot culinary team is proud to spotlight our signature best dishes and crowd favourites, featuring timeless Malay classics alongside an exciting new highlight, the Josper Charcoal Grill from Spain, adding bold and smoky dimension to the buffet experience. Inspired by the essence of home-cooked meals, our spread features beloved Malay classics such as Gulai Tunjang Masak  Lemak Cili  Api, Pucuk Paku Ikan  Bilis, Sambal Tumis  Udang PetaiAsam Pedas Tetel and Siput Sedut Masak Lemak. These dishes are lovingly prepared using treasured recipes passed down through generations and specially crafted by Chef Mohamad Yusoff, Malay Chef and Chef Arif Iberahim, Malay Sous Chef.

Adding a contemporary edge to traditional flavours, the Josper Grill from Spain uses natural charcoal heat to seal in and retain the natural flavours of each dish, while infusing them with rich, smoky aromas and succulent, juicy textures. Ramadan specials from the Josper Grill include Johor-style Pepes Ikan and Ayam, Ayam Percik, Ayam Tandoori, Chicken Wings with Korean Sauce, Australian Mini Ribeye Steaks and New Zealand Lamb Shoulder, bringing fire-kissed excitement to the nightly feast.

Among the highlights are rare and nostalgic delicacies like Telur Itik Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Gulai Ketam Nipah and our signature Sup Gearbox, Sup Tulang Rawan & Sup Kambing, each dish designed to bring back the familiar flavours of kampung-style cooking. The Nasi Kandar stall completes the experience with crowd favourites such as the ever-popular Kari Kepala Ikan, Ayam Goreng Mamak, Kambing Varuval, Ketam Goreng Berempah, Daging Masak Merah and more.

The excitement continues at our live cooking stations, thoughtfully curated for seafood lovers. Indulge in our crowd-favourite BBQ Teppan Theatre, where fresh catches such as sotong and barramundi fish are grilled to perfection right before your eyes, alongside flavourful Roast Whole Lamb served with fragrant briyani rice. For an even more refreshing experience, head over to the Seafood on Ice station featuring a chilled selection of Oysters, Mussels and Prawns. Completing the seafood journey, the Japanese corner offers assorted sashimi and sushi maki rolls for a taste of the ocean with a delicate touch.

Local delights are freshly prepared at the Mee & Kuey Teow Kawah and Mee Tarik Lanzhou station, complemented by favourites like Murtabak Ayam & Daging and Roti John Ayam & Daging. For  something  indulgent, the Grana Padano Cheese  Wheel  Pasta offers  a  unique Western experience with warm pasta tossed in a giant wheel of aged Grana Padano cheese  for a rich and creamy finish, inspired by Northern Italian tradition.

For Thai and Chinese flavours, a dedicated section features Thai Basil Beef, Thai Padprik Seafood, Steamed Red Snapper Gaeng Som Pla, Kam Heong Lala, Wok-fried Kung Pao Lamb, Beef with Ginger and Spring Onion and Steamed Seabass with Ginger Sauce.

A feast is never complete without desserts. Delight in our live dessert stations, featuring freshly prepared homemade Onde-Onde and Kuih Popiah Peanut Ice Cream Wrap, inspired by the popular Taiwanese street dessert. The sweet indulgence continues with favourites such as ABC ais kacang, Tau Foo Fah served with brown or white sugar syrup and an array of other irresistible sweet treats perfectly rounding off your Ramadan feast

The ‘Bila Rasa Berbicara’ buffet is priced at RM198 nett per person, with a special rate of RM178 nett per person on selected dates (19 – 22 February & 18 – 20 March).                    Children aged 6 to 11 enjoy 50% off. A two-menu rotation ensures something new and exciting every two days.

Adding to the festive mood, guests will be entertained nightly by the Begema 5 Batak Band, creating a lively and heartwarming ambiance throughout the evening.
